Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk
As a team we were able to make such a difference. With over 40 walkers and over $2400 raised!! Thank you to everyone who helped such a great cause with donations and a special THANK YOU to those who came out to walk and show their support. The rain stayed away and it was a great sunny October morning.
If you still have a donation it isn't too late. October is "breast cancer awareness month" and late donations can be turned in until 10/31. Any late donations can be sent to Carol Powalski at Roosevelt.
Thank you so much everyone for another great year!!

Lend a hand...to the Ken-Ton Closet!
The Ken-Ton Closet is a program where donated items such as clothing, toiletries and school supplies are collected and distributed to the children living within Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda free of charge. Distribution is based on socioeconomic or emergency need (for example fire, emergency foster placement, etc.).
A project such as the Ken-Ton Closet truly helps to bring a cross-generation community together. Helping provide for people in need is a rewarding investment in our Town. Recognizing the hardships of our children and answering those needs helps to develop a strong sense of pride about where we live and what our residents are capable of. By removing some of the non-academic barriers to education, our students can be more successful. People of all ages can make this program thrive!
